- Troop meeting: 1st and 3rd Tuesday.
- PLC: 4th Tuesday.
- District roundtable: 2nd Tuesday.
- Committee meeting: Thursday after roundtable.

- Senior Rank SMC (for Star and Life rank ONLY): 1st Monday. Date: 1/05/09, 2/02/09, 4/06/09, 5/04/09, 7/06/09, 8/03/09, 10/05/09, 11/02/09. The scout applies for Star or Life rank SMC needs to send an email to Mr. Peter Chiu 7 days in advance.
- The SMC (for Tenderfoot, 2nd class and 1st class) are held during troop campout event. The scout applies for Tenderfoot, 2nd class or 1st class rank SMC needs to send an email to his patrol ASM or SM (Mr. Peter Chiu) 7 days in advance.
